Sharon Herman Hezroni, the founder of SHH Law Office, is a New York and Israel certified attorney who advises entrepreneurs, early stage and emerging growth companies on commercial and intellectual property law. She also guides companies through the due-diligence process and prepares them for investments and M&A transactions. Sharon currently represents companies in the cyber security, consumer electronics, entertainment, internet, IOT, life-sciences, and mobile-app fields.

Sharon has worked at prestigious international firms both in New York and Israel. In New York, she worked in the Intellectual Property Transactional department of Shearman & Sterling LLP, working on M&A transactions, capital market deals and financings, as well as pure intellectual property matters, including copyright registration and trademark prosecution. In Israel, Sharon worked in the Hi-Tech department of Herzog Fox & Neeman in Tel Aviv, primarily counseling start-ups on commercial, licensing, privacy, clinical trial, and intellectual property matters and advising on the same in M&A transactions. More recently Sharon worked at a boutique firm specializing in patent monetization, regularly advising patent buyers and sellers on the intricacies of monetization efforts, specifically on licensing and settlement arrangements.

In addition to her commercial work, Sharon pursues various academic endeavours and is currently participating in and contributing to the Haifa Center for Law and Technology Cyber Forum, researching and expanding her knowledge and expertise in cyber regulation.
